What You Will Receive
Weekly Live Group Coaching
(Tuesdays, 5pm central, recorded if you can't make it)
Each session builds on the last, covering:
- Week 1: Rewiring your nervous system for pain relief
- Week 2: Understanding fascia and how to release it
- Week 3: Boosting lymphatic draining (key for inflammation and healing)
- Week 4: Mobility, stability and balance with a curvy spine
- Weeks 5-7: Scoliosis breathwork techniques
- Week 8: Using scoliosis props for derotation and alignment
- Weeks 9-11: Foundational movement patterns with scoliosis (carry, squat, hinge)
- Week 12: Deepening body awareness and integration
You will also have lifetime access to these classes so you can review them any time!
