Let me guess. You've probably been told to wait and see. Maybe by more than one specialist. The wait has gone on for years. The seeing hasn't gotten any better.
You've tried physios. Maybe yoga. Maybe a chiro. Maybe all three. Some of it helped a bit. None of it really stuck. Nobody seemed to know what to actually DO with a curved spine.
Maybe you're scared in the gym now. Or you used to lift and you've stopped, because you don't know what's safe anymore. Or you exercise AROUND your scoliosis instead of with it, and your body knows the difference.
Maybe you're in pain. Maybe you're not in pain right now but you can feel something building, and you're worried about what happens next.
You're carrying around a quiet fear of progression that the people around you don't really get.
If any of that lands, you're in the right place.
This 12-week live group coaching program for anyone with scoliosis who's ready to actually do something about it.
It's the program I wish I'd had when I was first trying to figure out my own curves. A small group of fellow scoli folks. A clear 12-week arc that builds week by week. Live coaching with someone who's been through it (severely, three curves, two over 50 degrees, no surgery). An at-home program tailored to YOUR specific curve type. And a community of people who actually get it.
By week 12, you won't be waiting for the next thing to fix you. You'll be the conductor of your own body.
I'm Claudia Katherine. I've had severe scoliosis since I was 13. Two Cobb angles over 50 degrees, right thoracic and left lumbar, plus a smaller compensatory curve at the top of my neck. Three curves, no surgery, intent to keep it that way.
I spent the first decade of having scoliosis hiding it. I declined a brace as a teenager. I cried when boyfriends made comments about the hump on my back. I told nobody. The curves got worse.
I became a personal trainer. I tried to fix my spine with bodybuilding. I lifted heavy and got strong and toned and watched my scoliosis get worse anyway.
Then in 2019 I couldn't get out of bed after a gym session. Another time I hurt my hip walking the dog and couldn't walk for days. That was the moment I started taking it seriously.
I learnt scoliosis-specific exercise. Schroth, yoga for scoliosis, breath work, alignment, fascia. I worked with mentors. I figured out what actually works, and what quietly makes it worse. Now I'm mostly pain-free, I ski in the winters and play golf in the summers, I hike and run and lift, and I happily show my curves to thousands of people online.
I built this 12-week program because it's the structured, supported version of the path I had to figure out alone. You don't have to. You have me, you have a small group of fellow scoli folks, and you have a clear arc to walk through together.
What You Learn
(Recorded if you can't make it)
The 12 weeks are organised into four phases. Each phase builds on the one before it. By the end, you'll have the awareness, the breath, the strength, and the daily routine to live well with your spine for life.
Phase 1 (Weeks 1-3): Foundation. Body awareness, nervous system, breath. You can't build on a body you can't feel.
- Week 1: Feeling your curve, finding neutral, and building body connection
- Week 2: Calm your system: breath, pain science, and the nervous system
- Week 3: Meet your diaphragm: 3D breathing into your shape
Phase 2 (Weeks 4-6): Tissue & Structure. Fascia, propping, deep core. Now you have something to work with.
- Week 4: Your supportive tissue: fascia and strategic stretching
- Week 5: The art of propping for scoliosis
- Week 6: Your deep core foundation: diaphragm, pelvic floor, and spine stabilisers
Phase 3 (Weeks 7-9): Movement. Functional patterns. Apply everything you've learned to real life.
- Week 7: Move better I: squatting and hinging with scoliosis
- Week 8: Move better II: carrying, loading, and asymmetric strength
- Week 9: Integrate your walk: gait awareness and retraining
Phase 4 (Weeks 10-12): Integration. Flare-ups, mindset, sustainable routine. Take it home for life.
- Week 10: Your flare-up toolkit and resilience practices
- Week 11: Thriving with scoliosis: daily life, mindset, and community
- Week 12: The conductor of your own body: building your scoliosis routine
What's Included
For 12 weeks, every week, you get:
- A 60-minute live group coaching session with me, Thursdays at 5pm CET. Recorded if you can't attend live.
- A personalised at-home program built for your specific curve type, delivered through your dedicated app. The workouts that actually fit your spine, alongside what we cover live.
- Full access to ScoliSTRONG for the entire 12 weeks (the on-demand library, all weekly classes, the 12-week workout guide, the community). Your home base between sessions.
- A 30-minute private call with me for spine mapping. We go through your X-rays, posture photos, and curve type one-on-one so the rest of the program is tuned to YOU.
- A monthly Sunday Q&A. Drop in, ask anything, troubleshoot what came up that week.
- A small group of fellow scoli folks moving through the same arc alongside you. The community piece is what makes this program stick where solo programs fall apart.
This is for you if:
- You have scoliosis (or you're caring for someone who does, like a teen or adult child).
- You can commit to 3 to 5 days a week of movement for 12 weeks.
- You want real, structured guidance instead of more guessing.
- You're done with "wait and see."
- You want to learn enough about your own spine that you can keep going long after the 12 weeks are over.
This isn't for you if:
- You're looking for a quick fix or a "fix my scoliosis in 30 days" shortcut. That doesn't exist, and anyone selling it isn't serious.
- You're not ready to do the work between sessions. The live calls are where we teach. The hours between are where the actual change happens.
- You want purely 1:1 attention. For that, my private coaching is the better fit.

What time are the live sessions?
Is this good for parents whose child has scoliosis?
Is this suitable for people with a fusion?
What results can I expect?
Do I need to live somewhere specific?
What if I'm not sure of my curve type?
I'm in pain right now. Will this make it worse?
Do I need to be fit to do this?
This is the structured, supported version of the path I had to figure out alone. The next cohort starts Thursday 28th May. Spots are limited. The early-bird price ($555) ends Wednesday 21st May.
The difference between watching from outside and being in the room is the difference between another year of waiting and a real plan for your spine.
If you're ready, I'm ready.
Let's do this!
