''What I received was spine tingling. Support, a wealth of information, corrective exercises and techniques as well as sleeping positions that are for my individual curves. I found Claudia supportive from the start and her knowledge about my own curves and pain made me feel seen and heard but also as if she had known me and my back my whole life! Claudia helped guide me to seeing and feeling my curves differently and being my cheerleader. I enjoyed our weekly sessions as they really helped to get my true form for my exercises. Claudia has been an amazing coach! I wish I found her sooner! She provides a lot of feedback even outside of the virtual sessions so it feels like you have a personal coach all the time. Claudia is not only an amazing coach, but a new life-long scoliosis friend! For a long time I couldn’t do any physical exercise without all of my joints and back hurting horribly for days after. I tried traditional personal trainers to help strengthen my back 12+ years after scoliosis surgery, but I kept hurting myself because they’d have me doing exercises that weren’t good for my spine like crunches, sit ups, etc. Not only has Claudia helped me live practically pain free, she’s taught me so much about my spine and what exercises I can do with a scoliosis fusion. I really enjoyed the sessions and felt that it was extremely helpful, both physically and mentally. First of all, Claudia is extremely positive and does not let her scoliosis get in the way of purposeful living - I really needed this approach to chronic illness. Secondly, the sessions were an excellent resource and the transition from scoliosis related information to corrections to exercises was excellent. My pain level is much better than it was before I started the sessions. Another huge improvement I saw is the ability to COMFORTABLY sleep on my concave side - before, my muscles in the concave side were so stretched and achy that I couldn’t even lay on that side for any length of time. I am impatiently waiting on more offerings from Claudia to build on everything I’ve learned in the group sessions.
